Krasimir Koev is a managing partner of the law firm since its foundation in 2000. He graduated at "Kliment Ohridski" Sofia university in 1990. Registered as a lawyer (barrister) and a member of the Bourgas bar association in 1993. Since 1992  he is a Senior asistant Professor in the Faculty of law of the Bourgas Free University in Commercial and Corporatе Law and Contract law and Law of obligation. In his practice he specializes in Commercial and Corporate Law, Contract law and Law of obligation, Maritime law, Law of finance and Administrative law.
